First Post of my blog

Hello,
Welcome to my first blog and posting,

I have always wanted to do a blog and have someplace to share thoughts, insights and feelings with others. People interest me and I enjoy a variety of things, topics, places and events.
I was up at 4:30 am this morning , kinda insane huh? But I have a great deal on this pea brain of mine.
I am in the process of trying to figure out how to help a friend in need. We all have friends that are in need of something a place to crash, money, a shoulder to cry on, accountability for whatever...., but this is REALLY different.
It needs to be huge and I am probably trying to approach it from the stand point of it has to go big or go home type of mentality. Occasionally a plan or a fear can get in the way of just going for it ! Well in writing and processing thoughts and putting pen to paper or typing to computer, I have decided to share a story with everyone I come into contact with and make a valiant effort to spread the word of my friends particular NEED.

Let me say that domestic violence is rampant. It is disguised in many forms some of which are verbal, physical, emotional, and controlled environments. Many women feel trapped in the situation they are living in, and feel there is no way out. Feelings of  who would care about them on a personal level  or even be willing to help them. These woman have been battered to the point of fear and not even knowing where to go or what to do next in their situation.
My friend is Alonna Norberg. She is a pediatrician who has rallied at the steps of Washington DC and passed many bills and grants to help aid and protect children of child abuse . She has also facilitated passing grants to assist organizations in helping protect children of abuse .
I am new at blogging and will be attaching 2 letters detailing how a person can help Alonna. The foundations are set up as a 501c and donations can be made in any increments. Please note that all information regarding the story and court cases can be found online and this is not a made up story or a scam. Feel free to contact me for details on Alonna's needs .
